Case Study Forensic Analysis: Acronym was tasked with undertaking a Forensics search to retrieve and analyse data from computers in a multimillion dollar fraud investigation. Our research and analysis of ICT expenditure, communications and providing court evidence proved vital information in the successful conviction of the guilty party.	CIO Advisory Services Acronym provides Chief Information Officer (CIO) Advisory Services for its SME and Enterprise clients. These services include: ICT Value Management: Formalising the tools and processes needed to bring fiscal discipline to the ICT function, enabling clients to run ICT as a business. ICT Assessment and Due Diligence: Evaluating ICT strengths and risks across a wide array of ICT disciplines, whether for current leaders looking to improve their organization or for a potential buyer seeking to understand whether ICT will ultimately be an asset or a liability to the acquisition. Business ICT Governance: Institutionalising the capacity to guide the formulation of ICT strategy and plans, develop and implement initiatives and oversee ICT operations in order to minimise risk, maximise return and build current and future value.	Case Study Software Valuation: Acronym was asked to value a custom built software application (not developed by Acronym) for a major telecommunications company. This process involved: selecting the valuation methodology reviewing code quality analysis of structure and function valuation report ICT Management: Acronym has been given the offical role of ICT Manager for a 130 user group of companies with all the associated responsibilities including management of internal ICT staff. As part of this role we have instigated a procedure using the client's staff to check whether the use of Acronym services or the clients resources is the the most appropriate solution for any given project.
