Communication Services

Communication services have for many years now been part of the Information Technology (IT) sphere. Acronym has for over 10 years now been assisting in the selection and implementation of PABX and voice services.

In today's business world, phone and fax are often replaced by new technologies such as Voice over IP, video-conference through broadband and chat applications for consumer/end-users to talk with your staff.

Subsequently IT has been re-defined as Information and Communications Technology (ICT) as communications technologies are more closely associated with the computer.
